WOCSA, Wine and Olive Oil Canadian Sommelier Alliance, is an organization established in 2012 in Toronto by Andrea Tonicello.
Our mission is to teach people how to fully enjoy and explain wines and olive oils, giving the members the expertise and the language to fully savour
and speak about the characteristics of wines and olive oils.
Through professional courses, our goal is to train our members on how to introduce and serve wine and distillates in their intended way.
By doing so, their potential can be fully appreciated.
WOCSA is affiliated with the WSA, Worldwide Sommelier Association, the largest and most well respected sommelier association in the world.
